1. About us

These Terms govern the marketing services provided by Tradelinea (“Tradelinea”, “we”), registered at Building 1205, Plot 347, Al Nahda, Sharjah Main City, Industrial Area. Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@tradelinea.com or +1 (415) 555-0182.

2. Services

We provide brand identity, digital strategy, content production and social media services. The exact deliverables, channels and timelines for your engagement are set out in the written proposal you approve. Services are digital and are delivered remotely; no physical goods are shipped.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Retainers are billed monthly in advance in USD ($) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices shown on our pricing page exclude any taxes that may apply, which are added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@tradelinea.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further invoices are issued. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the rights to any assets you supply. Delays in feedback or assets may shift agreed delivery dates.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment of the relevant invoice, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Acceptable use

We do not provide services for illegal activity, misleading advertising, adult content, or any content that infringes third-party rights. We may end an engagement that breaches this clause.

8. Liability

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated by email at least 14 days before they apply to your subscription.
